This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Strata and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any content you submit.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the Services to:

• break the law, or generate or distribute unlawful content;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or misappropriate confidential information;
• create content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that sexualizes or endangers minors;
• generate malware, conduct phishing, or facilitate fraud or other harmful activity;
• attempt to breach security, probe or scan systems without authorization, or access the Services other than through the interfaces we provide;
• evade or interfere with rate limits, quotas, budgets, Credits, or other technical, billing, or usage controls;
• reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent the law permits;
• resell or sublicense the Services without our written authorization;
• violate the published usage policies of the model provider whose model you invoke;
• place a disproportionate load on, or otherwise impair, our infrastructure or that of our providers.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, suspend, or terminate access, and remove content, as described in the Terms. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
